When I attempt to publish photos on Facebook, enter a new album name and
click on the "Publish" button, I see two messages "Creating album..."
and "Fetching account information...." and then the Publish dialog box
just reopens with none of the information filled out. Also, the option
to publish to an existing album is grayed out, even though I do have
existing albums.
