I didn't have this laptop with any other versions of Ubuntu. It's new and
I installed Vivid straight out of the box.

Long delay for logout followed by a black screen
Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Selecting logout takes several minutes before any action occurs and
there is no indication that the logout request was received by the OS.
Once it does decide to logout, I get a brief flash of a console
something about starting ACPI daemon then very quickly a black screen,
though I can hear the login dialog sound shortly after the black
screen. I believe it did finally logout back to the login screen, I'm
