Hello, I'm also experiencing the same problem on a Kubuntu 15.04 System with nvidia-prime and nvidia-346-updates.
Sometimes resuming killed kwin and after restarting kwin the system worked normally. So i figured that killing kwin and and starting it again after that would be a workaround for the problem. Typing blindly "killall kwin_x11 kwin_x11" into krunner does the trick. However putting that into a script inside /etc/pm/sleep.d/ does not seem to work.
