The missing launcher message are ok and expected if those packages are
not installed (which they are not by default).
Upstream don't seem to ship icons for window live or exchange, and as
far as I can tell the "fallback" icon for these cases is just blank.

exchange are missing in Online Accounts section. The verbose mode also
