that I reported "This bug is currently filed against the "ubuntu-release-upgrader" package" may be an issue of your website. If I chose "I don't know which packet", ubuntu-release-upgrader is automatically set. Actually, it is a bug against the LO Package. I just downgraded to LO 4.3 via the LO .deb packages (not via ppa) and all is fine.
