This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. Go to File -> Print. Select a printer, or select Print to File and set output format to PostScript. Go to Page Handling and check that Shrink to Printable Area is selected and Auto-Rotate and Center is ticked. Click Print. If you used Print to File, print the PostScript file with lpr. What I expected to happen: The printout to be centered. What happened instead: The printout was in the top left corner of each page.
