Today, I can confirm this issue is not only related to two graphic cards. It also happens with only one graphic card. I am using a laptop with built-in graphic card and intel driver. I disabled the built-in LVDS1 monitor and then only enable TWO monitors: VGA and HDMI. My laptop graphic card has both VGA and HDMI outputs. VGA is the default monitor and the mouse is flickering in the VGA monitor, not in the HDMI monitor.
