Public bug reported:
In the process of Updating the kernel i got a bug of an error bad return
does the same to the kernel 3.16* latest to not 100% sure whats causing
it but when 1 reboots the system after words it gives a black screen.
when "Nvidia-331-38-updates" is removed it and trying the reboot again
it loads the desktop no problem
