[Utopic] Wacom stylus button does not work

Bug description:
I have a laptop with a wacom digitizer.
After the upgrade to Utopic, the stylus button (I have a single-button
stylus) does not work any more.
I tested with xev, and no events are reported when pressing the button. I
also tried booting the Trusty linux-3.13 kernel and the button still does not
work, so I guess this is a X11 input driver issue rather than a kernel issue.
