I reinstalled Utopic completely and the bug disappeared. (Before it was
an upgrade from Trusty.)

Bug description:
Totem does not play H264 videos any more. It used to play them one or
two weeks ago. Container does not matter, .mp4 and .mkv both don't
work. AAC audio-only files do work (.m4a or .mkv containers.)
If started from terminal, totem does show exactly the same messages
when launched with MP4 like with WebM. But MP4 does not play, while
WebM just works.
