Public bug reported: Reproduce: 1. "Edit connections..." 2. Select a connection 3. Hit "Delete..." 4. Confirm removal 5. Quickly select the same network and repeat from step 3.
I guess this should be fixed by silently doing nothing if the connection has already been removed, or by locking/reloading the connection list while the delete happens. Possibly both solutions?
