The scanner is not detected. The sw is regularly updated. On another machine, with the same Xubuntu 14.04 LTS, BUT 32Bits, the driver is installed and works very well. More, when I used the 12.04 LTS-32Bits, on the same HP AMD 64 notebook, the driver was fine. I involved the Samsung Assistance of Italy in the problem and they verified that what I say is true; they said also that the problem is inside Xubuntu AMD 64B or inside the Kernel Linux. I can't do anything by myself, I need your kind help. Please, let me know your opinion, thanks. Enzo Ibertis, Turin, Italy.
