This bug hasn't been reassigned to a lower level component. I want to make sure this gets assigned to the correct module and on someone's backlog to fix this as it's a pretty visible bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. Start playing a song in the music app. 2. Pull down the network indicator. 3. Toggle wi-fi on or off. For some reason, this makes the sound pause for a moment.
