Can only add a Jabber Account
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Open Empathy and try to add an account.
It only has 'Jabber' in the drop-down list.
This appears similar to other bugs, but in those the user says that
only some other account types are missing (yahoo, for example). But I
am missing all account types except Jabber
