Bug description:
After a certain upgrade, kanji don't appear in the tab title and
omnibox. This is very inconvenient when you search Japanese word using
the ominibox.
The attached image (chromium-bug.png) shows the symptom. It show the
case when I searched "犬の散歩" in Google. Although the string "犬の散歩" is
processed properly, it shows " の " in the tab title and omnibox. "犬",
"散", and "歩" are treated as blanks while "の" is shown correctly.
Since this symptom come to occur after a certain upgrade, I paste a
