Bug description:
This crash occurred immediately while pidgin starts automatically with system
log-in...
This error message was displayed by pidgin "plugin-in prpl-irc was not
installed, please install it" but there no package like prpl-irc in apt-get.
I suffer with this problem for many days but apport didn't detect this
bug till yesterday.
