Public bug reported: Xorg hangs when the external thunderbolt display is being unplugged. I'm gettin this problem with an Apple 25'' Thunderbolt display and a MacBookPro9,2 running ubuntu 14.04.
Also: The display can only be detected during boot. If I unplug the monitor while it's working ubuntu freezes If I plug the monitor after the boot process nothing happens.
