Bug description:
Xorg-server 1.16 moves glamor acceleration to the core with tons of
updates making it a lot better. It also enables glamor acceleration
for Xephyr and improves dri3 support a lot.
I would have uploaded it before feature freeze, but fglrx isn't ready
yet.
