Upgraded to trusty and started getting precisely the same three error messages. After "apt-get purge fonts-khmeros-core" the errors went away. After "apt-get install fonts-khmeros-core" the errors did not come back. Maybe something was wrong in /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf. The bad 65-khmer.conf and the working 65-khmer.conf differ by three occurrences of <match target="font"> (with corresponding </match>). These three occurrences cause the three error messages. Of course the "out of memory" points to a fontconfig bug.
