never mind... just find out the problem. it turns out that remmina's
proccess keeps running even after you close the main window. that's why
it wasn't loading the recently installed plugins.

my bad I haven't noticed before its icon laying in the system tray. you
just need to quit the application from the system tray and fire it up
again.
