Title:
Rhythmbox causes the Orca screen reader to crash when loading a large
  playlist

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
When I try to load my music library which is over 60GB in size, Orca becomes
unresponsive. Killing Orca's process and restarting it doesn't work. The only
way to get Orca back is to hard reboot the computer.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start the Orca screen reader. Press Alt+F2 and type "orca."
