Title:
  Sync sbc 1.2-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “sbc” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync sbc 1.2-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Build-depend on dh-autoreconf and pkg-config to get current libtool.
  This was done in Debian as well.

  Changelog entries since current utopic version 1.2-1ubuntu1:

  sbc (1.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Update debian/control.
      - Add dh-autoreconf and pkg-config to Build-Depends.
      - Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5.
    * Update debian/rules.
      - Use dh with autoreconf. (Closes: #746497).
      - Thanks to Steve Langasek for patch.
