That configuration dialog is deprecated in GNOME3 and Oneiric so closing
the bug, feel free to open new bugs about other issues you might find
though

Title:
  About Me should allow users to choose which name is shown in the
  MeMenu.

Bug description:
  The About Me window should be up to spec as to let the user choose
  what they want displayed in the MeMenu. According to the spec, there
  should be a radio button between Full name, username and nothing (just
