Title:
Graphical glitches with SNA enabled on Intel graphics

Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Operating System: Xubuntu 14.04 (Update from 13.10)

  CPU: Intel Celeron 847 1,1GHz
  RAM: 4GB
  Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 2000

  Steps to reproduce the issue:

  - Open multiple windows on seperate workspaces.
  - Switch between windows via Alt+Tab.

Expected Result: Application windows are rendered correctly, there are no
visible graphical glitches.

Actual Result: There are graphical glithes where the active window is only
rendered partially, e.g. switching from Thunderbird to Chromium leads to a
mixture of both applications. When hovering the mouse pointer over elements,
those are updated and rendered correctly. The same effect may happen when
minimizing / maximizing windows.

Workaraound: Instead of using SNA, fall back to UXA rendering mode.
