Mantas, this package is on ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 trusty PPA. It is probably also could be a candidate for trusty-backports if someone files a request via the instructions at: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports
Both trusty and utopic are currently stuck on gnome-desktop 3.8, which was what blocked the update for gnome-control-center.
