Meanwhile I found this issue is related with multi-screen environment. I have 2 monitors with different sizes. The wider monitor is on the top of the other and the left edges are alligned. So there is a blank place at the right bottom, where the skype put it's messages. When I share the screen via skype, it shares both screen together. It looks the skype can't handle the multi-screen environment. It worked perfectly in the earlier version.
