Public bug reported: After upgrading the linux kernel, the next boot X started with wrong resolution, after looking around I think it could be related to the auto i915.modeset=0 in the kernel args, but I don't know how to get this fixed. Moreover the xorg fallsback to vesa on init (I am not sure this is the proper way to express that).
