Bug description:
To reproduce the bug:
1) open app with tow or more windows (for example nautilus)
2) click on the nautilus icon again, you will see all opened windows of
nautilus
3) click right mouse button on the nautilus icon
4) You are unable to choose menu options - that is the bug
