No problem here. On resume, the moon keeps on blinking, but never stops. There is some HDD activity (a very short flackering every few seconds), but nothing more. Switching VTs doesn't work. I can however use the MagicSysRQ reboot the machine. disabling vbetool by setting POST_VIDEO=false in /etc/default/acpi-support AND using the VBERestore option of the i810 xorg driver makes the machine suspend/resume as normal.
