Bug description:
Whenever I close a Steam game on Ubuntu 14.04, This error dialogue box
pops up. Please note, I do NOT notice any problem, other than this
error report dialogue appearing. Using fglrx driver, newest beta,
14.3, but occured with the fglrx package installable through
  "restricted drivers" as well.

***This may be unrelated, several times, ubuntu has not reacted to the
shut down or restart command. I've had to use sudo halt in terminal to
  shut down.
