Hi Mamoor You can right away install Ubuntu using a usb, procedure and tool to make a boot able USB Ubuntu installer is available at http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows, Ubuntu installer will automatically recognize existing OS such as Win 7 or 8, after installation it will ask on start up which OS you want to use.
