Bug description:
Using Kubuntu Trusty Daily as of 3/18.

I have two Caicos XTX [Radeon HD 8490 / R5 235X OEM], with 3 monitors.
  Machine is an Optiplex 9020.

2 monitors are plugged in (hdmi and display port) to the first card.
Another monitor is plugged (hdmi) in to the second card.

The second monitor is not recognized and does not turn on. It is not
  listed under the Display Configuration.

This works fine under 13.10 with the open source drivers as well.
