hibernate or suspend does not work
Status in “pm-utils” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I just installed ubuntu 9.04 on my Sony Vaio laptop (dual boot with
Vista). Hibernate and Suspend do not work. When I try to resume,
screen hangs on ubuntu logo. I checked previous bug reports but all
seemed to relate to earlier versions.
Am totally new at this, sorry if key info is missing, i did not
understand how to check"package version"
