Bug description:
Power management notification for a bad battery (see screenshot
attached) offers a "do not show me this again" option which does not
work. This notification should be shown using libnotify, with extra
text saying "To disable this error, you must edit settings in Power
Management Preferences". gnome-power-preferences should then be
modified to have an option to display or hide battery errors.
