  Evince no longer automatically reloads PDF on change

Bug description:
  When a PDF that is open with evince changes, it used to reload it
  automatically. This was very convinient for working with TeX. In the
  current alpha (Trusty), this doesn't happen any more. Evince is
  version 3.10.3-0ubuntu6.
