  Epiphany-extensions is missing the certification viewer plugin

Status in “epiphany-extensions” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  This plugin seems to be listed on the extensions website, is listed in
  the package info, seems to be in git head but doesn't show up in the
  extension manager mean I can't track why the cert is invalid :(
