Peter Dotchev, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? It is a LG 32" TV. In Monitor Preferences dialog it is detected as Goldstar Company Ltd 52" with maximum resolution of 1360x768 while the real resolution of the TV is 1920x1080. This problem appeared right after upgrade from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04. In 10.10 it worked just fine. Also in Windows there is no such problem. So it seems the problem is in Ubuntu 11.04.
