Harag, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com
/daily-live/current/ .

If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in
the development release from a Terminal
(Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather
and attach updated debug information to this report:

apport-collect -p xorg REPLACE-WITH-BUG-NUMBER

Thank you for your understanding.

Title:
Shows corrupt screen - Freezed Latop

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have a Lenovo B590 laptop that crashed occationally with a scrambled
screen on 13.04 but since I upgraded to 13.10 it crashes a couple of
times a day and needs to be hard reset or left for a while to reboot
  on its own.

This error occurs periodically in various application and until now I
could not see a pattern, but I recently started using teamspeak3 and
with that application I get at least 3 crashes per hour, a lot of
  times a lot more.

(As far as I can see the bios is up to date, I downloaded the latest
bios update from the lenovo website and when I run it it actually
warns me that it would downlevel the bios if I run the update program
so I assume that means the version on the laptop is newer.)

The only proprietry driver used on the laptop is the Broadcom Wireless
  driver.
