Bug description:
  Each time I use ubuntu-bug to report a bug, a drkonqui window appears
  with a backtrace similar to the attached file.

  In the terminal, the following messages are displayed:

  $ ubuntu-bug apport
  Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading 
configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.
  Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading

  Fortunately the bug is submitted to launchpad and I can write the
  report in firefox.
