Title:
  "test sound" needs libcanberra-pulse

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have no idea which package the System Settings belong to.

Run System Settings, go to Sound, click Test Sound, then click on any
of the "test" buttons, either the left or the right one.

  No sound is played.

And sound works fine: I can hear all the sounds.
