evince is a PDF viewer, so I'm removing it from this report. What tool
were you using to do bluetooth? Are you confident your device supports
OBEX? (I know at least one cellular carrier disables OBEX to encourage
people to send their media via MMS messages. No kidding.)

  The bluetooth servie can add devices, view the files in the device
  using FTP and also it even can delete files from it(paired/connected
  device) also. But the system bluetooth fails to send or receive files
  from a device.
