Binary package hint: xorg
I swap my caps lock and backspace keys using xmodmap, and I use xset to
change the repeat settings accordingly.
This all worked fine in Ubuntu 9.10.
In 10.04 beta 1, the repeat settings for caps lock and backspace are
lost whenever I use the multimedia keys or brightness keys on my
keyboard. Then I use xset again and they're fine until I touch one of
those keys again.
To repeat:
1) run
xset -r 22
xset r 66
2) observe changed repeat settings in caps lock and backspace keys
3) press multimedia buttons
4) observe repeat settings have reverted
