The problem is that the color is set but when the message move to the other folder, the color is reset. Step to reproduce : 1. Create a new filter on any criteria you want 2. In action part, choose "set a color" and select for exemple red 3. Add a new action : "move to another folder" and save... 4. try to send a message that will match your filter... Actual result : The message in inbox is set to red, then move to the other folder. And the color is the default one... Expected result : The message should be moved to the other folder with the red color...
