Missing package evolution-groupwise (no Groupwise support in

Bug description:
There is no Groupwise support in Evolution. Existing accounts do not work,
and new ones cannot be created.
It appears that the package groupwise-evolution provides this functionality,
but is missing in Ubuntu 11.10
