Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev with fglrx 2:9.010-0ubuntu2. lspci | grep
'ATI Wrestler' is showing me the following:
00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI
Wrestler [Radeon HD 6320]
00:01.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI Wrestler HDMI
Audio [Radeon HD 6250/6310]
If I'm connecting a HDMI cable from my laptop to a tv after my laptop
has booted I don't get any picture on the tv. xrandr is showing the
following in this case:
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1366 x 768, maximum 1600 x 1600
LVDS connected 1366x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 344mm
x 193mm

Only if the HDMI cable is connected before my laptop is booting all is
working fine. After my laptop has booted I'm even able to unplug and
plug the HDMI cable without any problems. xrandr is showing the
following in this case:
