Both About Ubuntu and About Edubuntu show up in menu

Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When edubuntu-docs is installed both About Ubuntu and About Edubuntu
show up in the System menu. This is because edubuntu-docs depends on
ubuntu-docs. I'm submitting a debdiff to fix the problem by only
showing About Ubuntu if About Edubuntu does not exist.
