Title:
Diacritics ș,ț, look different in Arial, Times New Roman, possibly
  other font families

Status in LibreOffice Productivity Suite:
  New
Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Diacritics ș,ț, look different in Arial, Times New Roman, possibly
  other font families.

By different I mean they look 80-90% smaller than their neighbor
  letters.

What setting did I miss ? These diacritics looked normally in
  Openoffice.
