The error reported is not a Program crash. 
It is an undesired behavior but no crash was observed. 

The defect is 100% reproducible. Please perform the following steps to produce 
the defect:
1) Go to System Settings
2) Click on Network
3) Click on All settings tab.
Instead of making a transition to System Settings, the window disappears.

This issue may not be a critical one but can be reproduced and
(hopefully) resolved easily.

  Wrong Screen Transition while performing the following steps.  SYSTEM

  Perform the following steps,
  1) Go to System Settings
  2) Click on Network

  Instead of making a transition to System Settings, the window disappears.

  The expected transition should be similar to
  1) Go to System Settings
  2) Click on Keyboard
  3) Click on All settings tab
  Screen transits to System Settings as expected.
