  [region]: gnome-control-center crashed with signal 5 in
  g_object_new_valist() (when trying to change keyboard layout)

  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Open System Settings
  2) Go to "Keyboard"
  3)Click "Layout Settings"

  The window then crashes. I would expect that another window would
  appear permitting me to change my keyboard layout
