I can't reproduce this. Did you figure out the issue? I'm thinking it
may have been changing some fonts default settings.

Bug description:
The 'Select file type' list of the 'save as' dialog is too small and It's not
possible to view the selected item.
Open any LibreOffice app (calc in the screenshot), go to file->save as and
the result is the screen showed in the screenshot.
